For those who say “Well, choosing a president is important”… It is - very - but the mindless, cult-like following, over exaggerated, and stereotyping posts are not important, or constructive - no matter which “side” you are on. Try debating like an adult or having a civilized conversation. It works much better. Promise.

My 4-yr-old: "Mom, did you get me my new socks?"
Me: "No buddy, sorry."
4-yr-old (exasperated): "Why not?" 
Me: "Well I was going to run errands during lunch at work today and I got really busy so I couldn't. I will try to get them tomorrow."
4-yr-old: "Can you just not be busy at work tomorrow?"

Curious Kids...

My conversation with my 4-yr-old last night when I was putting him to bed: 
Me: "Don't forget, tomorrow you get to wear pajamas to school/summer camp for PJ movie day!"
4-yr-old: "Yes!! Mom, do you ever get wear PJs to work?"
Me: "No, I wish some days, but no"
4-yr-old: "Why?"
Me: "Because it's a business and we wear business clothes"
4-yr-old: "What's a 'business'?"
Me (it's 9pm by the way): "Ummm...."
 I did actually come up with (what I consider) a really good explanation. The things kids ask at 9pm when my brain is fried...lol
